A former garden centre was demolished and an existing main electrical substation relocated to create the development site.
This bespoke building was designed to provide a column free retail space and fully glazed entrance within a site restricted by existing buildings on three sides and a busy car park on the fourth.
The structural form of the building comprises a lightweight steel frame incorporating a mezzanine warehouse area.
