A modern, commercial, 5 storey office development providing column free internal floor space.
A braced steel frame with 15.5m long composite beams and concrete and metal deck composite floors facilitated the creation of the column free internal floor area.
Integrated service holes within depth of steel beams were used to minimise floor to floor height.
Central entrance area and service core with feature steel staircases at each gable.
Pre-cast concrete piles with in-situ reinforced concrete pile caps were used as the adopted foundation solution.
